Easier Operation
The Plasma Pro CNC Control is a Windows-based system that significantly reduces operator keystrokes compared to older CNC systems. Its simple operation means training new operators is quick and easy for anyone with basic computer knowledge.
Eliminate Processing Time
Networked to the office computer, the new controls instantly produce duct fitting sheets. The network cable, a standard off-the-shelf CAT5-(6), can be bought and serviced locally, just like other PCs on your company’s network. This allows for much faster communication between the Plasma Pro CNC and the office compared to traditional CNC plasma controllers.
Locally Serviced
Your own local or in-house IT support personnel can service the Plasma Pro CNC control, eliminating the need for expensive repairs associated with older CNC controls. There’s no need to ship the control out for repairs, as the Windows computer in the new system is identical to the PCs your organization already supports. We can even prepare a backup PC for you.
Downloading Options
With the new Plasma Pro CNC system, operators have multiple options for transferring sheets from the office to the machine—via Network, USB memory stick, or CDs. This flexibility ensures that even if there are network issues, operators can still hand-carry sheet files to the machine.

The robust “off-the-shelf” motor drive and heavy-duty 7-amp brushless precision motors are field-proven in industrial environments, ensuring years of trouble-free service.
Single Part Cut Feature
This feature allows quick selection and cutting of any single piece from a nested sheet. Simply click on the desired part, and the program will place it in the corner (0X, 0Y) of the table. Place a scrap piece of the appropriate size in the corner, click START, and the part is cut—no need to trial cut the sheet as with older methods.
Easy Part Change Out
Our digital motor drive systems require no adjusting or tuning, unlike the analog servo drives on older systems. All PPI parts are competitively priced and proven to withstand the demands of industrial plasma cutting. Most parts are widely available from national or local vendors, so purchasing from PPI is not always necessary.
