Submit Your Proposals for 2025 SMACNA Annual Convention Sessions

Between now and March 31, 2025, submit your idea for an educational session dealing with relevant industry topics such as HVAC, architectural sheet metal, industrial sheet metal, residential HVAC/sheet metal, and testing-adjusting-balancing.

SMACNA is now accepting proposals for educational sessions at the 2025 SMACNA Annual Convention in Maui, HI. These sessions aim to engage members on a wide range of industry-relevant topics, including HVAC, architectural sheet metal, industrial sheet metal, residential HVAC/sheet metal, and testing-adjusting-balancing. Proposals are due March 31, 2025. 

Topics and content should be appropriate for the typical 50-minute presentation duration. All presentations should focus on key issues in the industry, engage participants, and provide participants with a measurable takeaway from the program. Sessions designed to queue up a product, service, or an external educational course will not be permitted. Across all sessions, preference will be given to sessions that include one or more SMACNA member contractors as a member of the presentation team.
