The Department of Labor is seeking nominations for four representative positions on the National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health.
The National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health is a 12-member committee that advises the Secretary of Labor and Secretary of Health and Human Services on matters related to administering the Occupational Safety and Health Act. The committee meets two to four times a year. The Acting Secretary of Labor will appoint members to serve a two-year term beginning Jan. 16, 2025.
OSHA invites nominations for one public representative, one management representative, one labor representative and one occupational safety and health representative.
Nominations are being submitted through the Federal eRulemaking Portal, Docket Number OSHA-2024-0005. Nominations are due on August 16th.
