Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Scott Fielder has worked in TAB, Commissioning, and Retro-Commissioning for over 25 years. Scott worked for one of Texas's largest TAB / Cx / RCx firms for 15 years. During this time, Scott specialized in Federal projects, medical projects, and existing building audits. Scott held various positions, including field technician, regional manager, trainer, estimator, and director of the RCx division. Scott has over ten years of experience as a trainer and speaker in TAB, Cx, and RCx. Scott spent eight years as senior test and balance program director at the National Comfort Institute in Cleveland, OH. Here, Scott was also a trainer and worked in training development. Since 2022, Scott has worked as the Director of Field Operations for Evergreen Telemetry of Phoenix, AZ. In this capacity, Scott travels the country to meet customers in the field for product training and evaluation, including the Beta testing of new products. Scott also serves as a voting member on the ASHRAE 7.7 Testing and Balancing Technical Committee. He has served on the committee for over eight years.
Scott served as an Arabic Linquist in the United States Army for twelve years in intelligence and special operations. Scott’s tours of duty include Berlin, Haiti, and the Middle East. Scott graduated from the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA, & The JFK Special Warfare Center & School at Ft. Bragg, NC. Scott attended the University of Maryland in Europe and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1992.
Scott is a lifetime member of both the American Legion and AmVets. Scott also volunteers for Hire Heroes USA.
