Starting with meager beginnings, Aire Technologies previously was only able to build fire dampers and ceiling radiation dampers. Motorized dampers, duct board, extruded aluminum products such as louvers, gravity vents, and even sheet metal boots had not even been considered at that time. In 2004, Aire Technologies built its first dampers with only eleven people in a small section of its manufacturing facility and three in sales and support in Monongahela, Pennsylvania.
Now, Aire Technologies produces 1.1 million products annually with 92 manufacturing personnel, nine team members in Sales, Engineering, and Technical Sales, and support in two facilities, bringing the total team count to 101!
Aire Technologies now holds three unique UL files, two unique wood truss assembly ratings, eight AMCA listings, three Miami-Dade Notices of Approvals (or NOAs) for louvers and gravity vents, one patent, and one trademark. A belief in providing critical life safety devices manufactured with the highest quality possible and delivered quickly has been Aire Technologies’ trademark since the beginning.
As we celebrate this milestone, Aire Technologies looks forward to a future of new products, services, and continued industry growth and recognition, and we are excited to share this journey with you.
