Research in manufacturing has shown that firms who implement well defined performance management systems see up to 50% improvements in production and 20% increase in returns or profit. However, approximately 70% of companies fall down when moving from the planning to the implementation steps of the process. Adoption of performance management systems can vary significantly with the size of the firm and complexity of the software tools.
This session will focus on the New Horizons Foundation's Guide to developing your measures of success and will walk participants through the steps, as well as providing examples to support the process of creating or refining your performance metrics.
