In today’s world, contractual risk-shifting provisions are one of the biggest challenges to completing every commercial contract. What you don’t know can and will hurt you! This session will focus on how to find the risk-shifting provisions buried in the hundreds of pages of contract documents, strategies to attempt to negotiate reasonable modifications, and how to manage those risks during the construction process.
