Empathy: the forgotten art of leadership. So much energy is put into new technology, equipment, schedules, production, etc. Yet if you have a workforce that is 'seemingly' disengaged, the results you seek will be marginal.

With this training, I draw upon decades of leadership crucibles to include lessons learned each day at a federal service academy for college, eleven years of active duty service as a Navy officer, as a guest leadership expert who helped an organization in Australia, a lifelong competitive athlete who experienced different team mentalities and coaching styles, graduate school theories on leadership fused with my experiential experience, as a coach whose athletes medaled at the national level and outperformed perennial titans, and working alongside and continuing to learn from high performers, etc. All the mistakes...all the triumphs...are now condensed into an easy-to-learn system that will ignite performance and retention in any organization.

Some elements of leadership to be covered: Communication as a hallmark foundation; Empathy as the lost compassionate art that will make your organization galvanized and is crucial to all elements; Empowerment to develop and challenge your team via delegation and shared leadership; and Trust along with the "ladder of success" for sustained performance.
