In a post-COVID-19 world, a lot of emphasis has been placed on Outside Air and Ventilation in public buildings. There have been code changes, new ASHRAE Standards, and even the NEMI "Ventilation Verification for Indoor Air Quality" training program. Evergreen Telemetry has been a large supporter of this program through instrument donations and training.

This presentation will address the current industry and governmental demands for Ventilation Verification and cover a variety of instrumentation and their specific applications.

To be very clear, this will include multiple instruments NOT manufactured/sold by Evergreen Telemetry, including Shortridge, Alnor, Testo, Dwyer, etc.   Alnor and Dwyer have contributed information to this presentation because it is not brand-specific but will focus on various instruments and procedures.   Furthermore, the presentation will demonstrate how to use a variety of instruments & procedures at once to produce more accurate readings.

Finally, the presentation will conclude with the proper documentation of instruments and procedures.   This will allow for more excellent repeatability if further evaluation is required.   This will also enable the TAB Technician to present a clear and concise picture of how the work was accomplished when reviewed by the design team, building owner, or authority having jurisdiction.
