REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS: Full refund requests due to cancellation must be received by SMACNA Registration on or before Aug. 25, 2023. Cancellations received between Aug. 25 and Sept. 15 will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the convention registration fees. No refunds will be issued after Sept. 15, 2023.
Registration, attendance, and participation at the 2023 SMACNA Annual Convention constitutes an agreement of the registrant to comply with local regulations regarding social distancing, mask mandates, and any other COVID-19 regulations while attending the convention.
**In the event that you experience symptoms of COVID-19 while attending a SMACNA event or within 5 days of attending a SMACNA event, please be tested for COVID-19. Please notify SMACNA staff, John Franco (telephone: 703-995-4023; email: jfranco@smacna.org) or Kristin De Guzman (telephone: 703-803-2983; email: kdeguzman@smacna.org), of any positive test results you receive while attending the SMACNA event or within seven days of attending the SMACNA event. SMACNA will take appropriate steps, consistent with any applicable local, state, or federal guidance to promote a safe environment for attendees.**
