Building Resilience: Safeguarding Mental Health in the Sheet Metal Industry

SMOHIT’s SMART Members Assistance Program (MAP) is an awareness and peer member training program for those dealing with problems associated with mental health issues, such as substance abuse. This session will focus on finding quality mental health resources including treatment centers and Employee Assistance Programs for our industry partners.
