A new video explaining the SMART/SMACNA LMCF Maternity Leave Reimbursement Program is now available. This initiative is designed to reimburse local health and welfare plans that provide workers with paid time off/disability programs for pregnant workers and workers who have just given birth.
In addition to the video, several relevant forms are available, including the Program Reimbursement Claim Form, the Amendment Form, and a sheet outlining the program's terms and conditions.
