Carol Duncan, SMACNA President, sat down with SMART General President Michael Coleman for a one on one interview at the recently completed SMACNA Annual Convention in Phoenix, AZ. During their discussion, Duncan and Coleman talked about how they will work to further strengthen the already strong labor/management relationship between SMACNA and SMART, along with providing insight on how they look to build a workplace where all employees, no matter their background, can feel like they can make a difference.
