The Annual Business Meeting of the members of SMACNA will take place on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at approximately 7:45 a.m., at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, California, in the Sinatra Ballroom, for the following purposes:
- To elect 4 U.S. Board of Director members, all of whom will serve 4-year terms beginning October 31, 2024, and expiring at the conclusion of the 2028 SMACNA Annual Convention.
- To transact other such business as may properly come before the Annual Business Meeting of this Association.
