Kathy Kerber

Kathy Kerber is the President/COO of KSM Metal Fabrication in Troy, OH and has been with the company for over 25 years. KSM manufactures aerospace parts for commercial and military aircraft and has carved out a niche in the sheet metal industry that compliments the diverse contractors in SMACNA. Kathy is passionate about people development and empowerment to create strong teams, improve morale and productivity. She believes with that empowerment, new ideas and ways of thinking are generated that may not otherwise be achieved. Kathy has served on the board as a director and executive committee for the Sheet Metal and Roofing Contractors of the Miami. She has also served on SMACNA National committees and as a director on SMACNA’s National Board of Directors.
