Skilled in the facilitation of productivity improvement processes and strategic planning, Rick provides critical analysis and industry comparison. Rick is committed to the execution of action plans and the implementation of corporate strategies.
Rick appreciates the challenges facing contractors today. Prior to joining FMI, he was a regional manager with a large national specialty and service contractor. He also spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force holding a wide variety of leadership positions.
Rick holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Campbell University.
