Local Joint Adjustment Board Training

Held periodically, this training provides valuable instruction and training on how to conduct a Local Joint Adjustment Board hearing and ensures that chapters and LJAB contractor panelists have the information and resources necessary to meet that challenge.

The program focuses on conducting a proper LJAB hearing, handling common procedural objections, creating a good record in cases of deadlock, and maintaining arbitration immunity. The program is offered free of charge and is held at the end of the December council meeting when offered.
